Outreach Services

Outreach Services are offered to the senior (60+) and disabled adult population of Scituate to assist with applications for financial and benefit assistance, including SNAP (Food Stamps support), Fuel Assistance, Housing, Insurance as well as connection to Meals on Wheels and the Food Pantry.  We have SHINE volunteer counselors to assist with information on Medicare and other health insurance needs.  We have local attorneys rotating for appointments one time per month, resources for caregiving, and monthly appointments with the Town Nurse to check your blood pressure or answer other questions.  We offer limited monthly appointments with providers in Reflexology, Reiki and Chair Massage for a modest cost.

Call the main number at 781-545-8722 and listen to the options to have your call directed to the Outreach staff extension or the Front Desk for questions or appointments.
