Flushing Update

The Scituate Water Department will continue flushing operations next week, starting at the rotary, proceeding down Country Way to Elm Street, and stopping at the Fire Station. Side streets along the route will also undergo flushing.

Please note that this maintenance may cause temporary changes, including potential brown water in both the flushing zone and beyond.

Here's what you need to know:

• Brown Water Alert: Keep an eye out for discoloration
• Reduced Pressure: You might encounter temporary decreases in water pressure
• Precautionary Measures: Allow the water to flush before usage, and double-check before starting laundry
