Benefit eligible Town employees, working 20 hours or more per week, may enroll in the Town's insurance program within thirty days of hire or during our Annual Open Enrollment period every May for July 1st coverage. All other changes are allowed only under very limited "qualifying event" criteria. Health plan details are available at


FY2024  ENROLLMENT (effective 7/1/2023)

The Benefit Fair will be held on Tuesday, May 9th from 2-5 in the Select Board Hearing Room at Town Hall. There will be representatives from all our benefit companies, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, Life Plus Insurance, SmartPlan, and VOYA, on hand to answer any questions you may have.

The brochures from Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, Life Plus Insurance Company (Cancer, Disability and Whole Life plans), Cafeteria Plan Advisors (Flexible Spending and Dependent Care plans), SMART Plan and VOYA (both of our Deferred Compensation Savings Plans) are available for your review.  Our annual Open Enrollment period is in April and May for July 1st coverage. This is the only time you are allowed to make changes unless you experience a “qualifying event” during the year, which is very limited. If you are NOT making any changes, you need not do anything.
