Scituate Harbor Community Building
The Scituate Harbor Community Building (formerly Pier 44 Restaurant) sits on a tranquil piece of property overlooking Scituate Harbor. It has three open rooms available for large or small functions with HP accessible restrooms and 70 parking spaces. Total building occupancy is 345 persons. Functions anticipating more than 100 persons must receive approval from the Scituate Fire Department.
While there is not a full-service kitchen, refrigeration and a prep-sink are available. There are (10) six foot long tables (2) eight foot tables (6) 48” round tables approximately 70 gray/chrome stackable chairs and 60 gray metal folding chairs. The Town does not provide dinnerware or linens.
If alcohol is to be served, the caterer or bartender is required to obtain a One Day Wine & Malt Beverage license from the Town, which is not included in the reservation fee. See a list of authorized caterer/bartenders below.
