Certified Copies of Vital Records & Dog Licenses

Please note that you are now able to order and purchase certified copies of birth, death or marriage certificates and dog licenses online (2019 tags will be available in mid-May). Please go to the Town Clerk's webpage in the Town's website(www.scituatema.gov). Scroll down on the left click on "Online Purchase" and follow the instructions.
