UPDATE TO WATER MAIN BREAK/BROWN WATER ALERT

UPDATE: There is a water main break on Old Oaken Bucket Road, in the vicinity of #164 and the Cranberry Bogs. This may impact residents from #68 to #304 Old Oaken Bucket Road and side streets including Alewife Lane, Dunster Lane, Marilyn Road and Tack Factory Pond Road. Repairs are currently underway and we expect to have service restored by 9 p.m. this evening. Old Oaken Bucket Road is closed to thru traffic except residents who live there. There may be some discoloration in the water. Residents are urged to check for discoloration before doing laundry. Allow the water to flush before using and check before doing laundry.
