Stop the Bleed Class and Hands-Only CPR Training

Join the Scituate Fire Department, Scituate CERT team and the Scituate Rotary Club for a monthly free Stop the Bleed Class and Hands-Only CPR training.

  • Thursday, May 30, 2024, at the Public Safety Complex from 6 PM to 8 PM
  • Limited to the first 20 people who reserve a seat.

What is Stop the Bleed® training?

Gain the skills to recognize life-threatening bleeding and act swiftly with three essential techniques. This evidence-based course teaches you how to control hemorrhages effectively, potentially saving lives in critical situations.

What is Hands-Only CPR?

Hands-only CPR is CPR without rescue breaths, making it simple to learn and remember. It increases the chances of surviving cardiac arrest by keeping blood circulating until professional help arrives.
