Stockbridge Landing Affordable Housing Lottery

SEB Housing will hold a lottery for four (4) affordable townhomes being built at Stockbridge Landing, 96 Stockbridge Rd. These 4 homes will be sold at affordable prices to households with incomes at or below 80% of the area median. The first affordable homes should be ready by Fall, 2021.
A public information session will be held on December 8, 2021 and the lottery will be held on January 26, 2021, both via YouTube or conference call. For complete information and details, see flyer below.
