Weather Advisory

Good afternoon,

We are under a winter weather advisory and expecting snow to start falling in the early hours of Tuesday between 4 and 6 am. Accumulating snow of 2-3” is expected to mix with some sleet late morning then to all rain for the majority of the day and possibly ending as snow late Tuesday evening. The early morning snow will create difficult driving conditions for the Tuesday morning commute. This heavy rain could pose potential drainage and street flooding issues. We are asking all residents to check the storm drains on their street and clear any leaves and debris that may be blocking the surface of the drain.

An arctic front will move through during the day Wednesday bringing strong northwest winds and extremely cold temperatures with possible snow squalls late Wednesday afternoon. The extreme cold and strong winds will bring wind chill temperatures near zero on Thursday morning. The gusty winds could bring branches and small limbs down creating some isolated power outages.

Stay informed and please stay safe!
