Public Construction Notice from the Town of Hingham

Beginning in September, the Town of Hingham will be cold planing (milling) and paving approximately 1.7 miles of Route 228 as shown on the image below. The limits of work run from the intersection of Short Street (Rt. 228) and School Street to the intersection of Hull Street (Rt. 228) and East Street.
