National Grid Planned Outage for selected areas TONIGHT, September 6th at 11 PM

Message on behalf of National Grid:

We are writing to inform you that we will be working in your neighborhood (see streets below) on Wednesday, September 6th in order to make improvements to our electrical system.

For our crews to work safely, it will be necessary to interrupt your power for approximately 2-4 hours, beginning at 11:00pm until approximately 3:00am. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and recognize our customers are spending more time at home, but this work is necessary for the company to continue to deliver safe and reliable service to you and your neighbors.

The streets affected by this planned outage in the town of Scituate will include:

Alden Av, Bay St, Borden Rd, Bradford Av, Carver Av, Curtis Rd, Dayton Rd, Driftwood Ln, Edgar Rd, Egypt Av,Egypt Beach Rd, Eleventh Av, Ely Av, Ermine St, Fay Rd, Fifth Av, First Av, Fourth Av, Garden Rd, Graves Av, Hamilton Av, Hatherly Rd, Hawley Rd, Hood Rd, Ingrid Ln, Irving Rd, Jawl Av, Jay Rd, Kenneth Rd, Longley Rd, Mann Hill Rd, Marion Rd, Marion Rd Ext, Marshall Av, Montvale Av, Morton Rd, Nelson Rd, Norwell Rd, Oceanside Dr, Priscilla Av, Seaside Rd, Second Av, Seventh Av, Sixth Av, Standish Av, Stanton Ln, Stone Av, Tenth Av, Third Av, Tilden Rd, Turner Rd, Wampatuck Av, Wendy Dr, Wheeler Av, Winslow Av, Wood Av

In the event of inclement or extreme weather (above 90 degrees or below 20 degrees) or unexpected events on our system, our work will be rescheduled and performed instead on Thursday, September 7th for the same time period. In the event of inclement weather on both days, our work will be performed on a later date for the same time period.
