Covid Vaccine Appointments for Students

Dear SPS families,

We are excited to have the opportunity to offer COVID-19 vaccine appointments for our SPS students that were not yet eligible during our last round of Scituate dedicated appointments.

Appointments will be offered on May 20, 21 and 22. These appointments will be available at the Marshfield fairgrounds, are first come first serve, and must be reserved in advance.

Below you will find a registration link that must be used to sign up for these Scituate dedicated appointments.

Please remember to print out and sign the permission form below, and bring it with you to your appointment. Please note that students under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the designated appointment time. 

A big Sailor Shoutout to Scituate Town Administrator James Boudreau for his assistance once again, in securing these appointments for any family who would like their student vaccinated.
