Brown Water Alert/Water Main Flushing

Over the next month the Scituate Water Department will be working on water main flushing in different areas of town. The first neighborhood will include flushing in the Barker Road area beginning tomorrow, Wednesday, February 22, 2017. We will keep you updated with the different areas as they are scheduled. This may cause some discoloration in the water. Residents are urged to check for discoloration before doing laundry. Allow the water to flush before using. We apologize for any inconvenience and stay tuned for project updates.
