Application for commercial aquaculture

The Scituate Board of Selectmen and the Shellfish Advisory Committee are pleased to announce that the Town of Scituate is accepting applications for commercial aquaculture in the Briggs Harbor/ Bassings Beach area of Scituate, MA. The application for commercial aquaculture and application review criteria were posted on the Shellfish Advisory Committee website on February 28, 2020. All applications must be hand delivered to the Scituate Board of Selectmen’s Office by 4:00pm on March 26, 2020. While, applications will be accepted prior to March 26, 2020,  applications will not be reviewed prior to March 26, 2020. Additionally, applications will NOT be accepted after March 26, 2020.
