Greenbush-Driftway Vision Plan In August 2016, the Scituate Economic Development Commission (EDC) conducted a visioning session on the Greenbush-Driftway District for the purpose of creating an overall conceptual plan and strategic action plan to guide future growth, conservation, and infrastructure enhancements over the next 10 Years. The Vision Plan [LINK] includes the following elements:

• Relevant Plans, Policies & Regulations
• Market Analysis and Economic Potential
• Future Vision & Development Scenarios
• Strategic Action Plan

The Vision Plan contains an overall conceptual plan for the district broken down into subdistricts and a detailed action plan with specific strategies for economic development, infrastructure improvements, civic and streetscape enhancements, and policy and regulatory amendments to support the overall community goals for Greenbush-Driftway area in the future.
