Public Health Nurse Clinic Schedule

The Public Health Nurse conducts monthly Health Conferences Wednesday mornings from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Senior Housing Complexes and the Senior Center. Any Scituate resident may attend these clinics.
Blood Pressures, vital signs, medication review and teaching as well as injectable medications such as B12 with written prescription will be administered.
The schedule for these Health Conferences is as follows:

Second Wednesday of Month | Central Park |
Third Wednesday of Month | Senior Center |
Fourth Wednesday of Month | Lincoln Park |
Blood sugars will be checked at the senior center on months with five Wednesdays.
