6:00 PM MEETING CALLED TO ORDER

In Attendance: Chairman Steven Guard, Fred Avila, Todd Glowac and Director of Assessing Stephen Jarzembowski

6:10 Chairman Guard made motion to accept minutes from past meeting: July 9, 2013
Second by Todd Glowac unanimous vote ( 3-0).

ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA/WALK-IN PERIOD

EXECUTIVE SESSION: Chairman Steve Guard made the MOTION to enter into Executive Session at 6:15 SECONDED by Todd Glowac Unanimous vote (3-0).

Discuss old business new business

MOTION made by Chairman Guard to come out of executive session at 6:30
Second by Fred Avila unanimous vote (3-0)

MOTION made by Chairman Guard that the next Board of Assessors meeting will be Tuesday, September 17 at 6:00 PM SECONDED by Todd Glowac. No further Discussion. Unanimous Vote (3-0)

ADJOURNMENT: Chairman Guard made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 6:45 PM. SECONDED by Todd Glowac Unanimous vote (3-0)
