Outstanding Water bills will be moved to Real Estate

As the weather gets cooler, a reminder that outstanding water bills are liened onto Real Estate bills in December. Water bills that are due before November 1, 2022 will be liened. Additionally, balances of more than $100 will incur a $25 lien fee. It is important to note that not all mortgage companies will pay for water liens, so your escrow company may not pay if you are in this situation. Current water bills may be paid through the website, by mail, or at Town Hall.
