Water Flushing Alert

The Water Division will be flushing on Tuesday Evening, May 31, 2022 beginning at 8:00 pm in the following areas:
- Old Forge Road
- First Parish Road– From CJCH to Beaver Dam Road
- Lawson Road
- Lawson Terrace
- Scituate High School
- Aberdeen Drive
- Arbor Way
Flushing signs will be posted in the targeted areas. This is part of the ongoing maintenance of the water system. This work will reroute the flow of water through town and could create brown water in areas outside of this zone of influence.
Residents are urged to take necessary precautions and check for discoloration on Wednesday morning. Allow the water to flush before using and check before doing laundry.
