Traffic Alert - Front Street

The DPW is on schedule for the paving of the leveling course of asphalt on Front Street today. Traffic will be limited to one lane and at times traffic will be shut down for short durations.
The businesses are OPEN and you will be able to get there, but please be patient. This is a construction work zone and speeds must be reduced for workers' safety. Police details and DPW employees will guide you to get through the work zone.
According to our records Front Street was last paved in 1988 so when this operation is completed the next scheduled update is in 2058.
