SCAM ALERT

Several other communities that have launched community electricity programs have alerted us that some of their residents have received scam emails and texts with regards to their electricity program.  Please be aware of this and know that you will NOT be contacted by anyone via email, text, telephone, or in person in regards to the program.  For more information please visit the Scituate Community Choice Electricity page HERE. 

If you have questions about your participation, you may contact the electricity supplier, Direct Energy, at (866) 968-8065, 8 AM – 8 PM EST, Monday – Friday (8 AM – 5 PM EST Saturday) or by email at aggregationsupport@directenergy.com. If you are calling to enroll in the Program, please have a recent copy of your utility bill available.
