FY24 REVALUATION - CONDOMINIUM INSPECTIONS

In conjunction with the FY24 revaluation, the Assessor’s office is using the services of PK & Associates to inspect all condominiums in the Town of Scituate. The inspections are being conducted by Nancy Cole, a representative from the PK Valuation Group. Her motor vehicle registration details are on file with the Scituate Police Department. If Ms. Cole comes to your door at an inconvenient time for an interior inspection, she will make a note to schedule an appointment.
