Flushing Update

Starting Wednesday, April 17, 2024, the Scituate Water Department will start flushing operations at the Maple Street Tank and continue down First Parish Road towards the Harbor. Side streets will be flushed along the route.

Please note that this maintenance may cause temporary changes, including potential brown water in both the flushing zone and beyond.

Here's what you need to know:

• Brown Water Alert: Keep an eye out for discoloration
• Precautionary Measures: Allow the water to flush before usage, and double-check before starting laundry.
