Call for Artists: A chance to do your art on Front Street
Sign your name on Front Street! Calling all artists, you are invited to design and install a crosswalk reflecting Scituate’s seacoast heritage. The Town of Scituate and the Scituate Arts Association are proud to announce this pilot program for artists to create a nautical, coastal-themed mural to be painted on two crosswalks at the intersection of Otis and Front Street by the end of June. The Town of Scituate has received a 2015 Cultural Council Award which will provide a modest stipend for the designing and installation of each crosswalk.
