CPC Application Process

Community Preservation Project Funding Applications are accepted throughout the year, but applications received by October 1st will be eligible for consideration at the Annual Town Meeting in April.  

Project applications will be considered by the Committee at its regularly scheduled public hearings beginning in November. Applications voted on favorably by the Committee will be recommended by the Committee to Town Meeting. The Application for Funding and Project Guidelines can be viewed and downloaded in the Links section on this page.

If you have a project that meets the CPA guidelines and requires funding, we encourage all applicants to submit their project for consideration. If you have any questions, please feel free to attend a CPC meeting, which normally occur at 7:00 PM on the 2nd Monday of each month at the GAR Hall. The Committee welcomes your participation and inquiries.
