Local History Room

The Local History Room houses the library's Local History Collection. Chairs and a large table provide a comfortable setting for those doing historical or genealogy research.

The Local History Room was created to preserve and make available books, documents, photographs, genealogy resources and other materials highlighting the history of Scituate, Plymouth County and surrounding areas as well as individuals whose activities have contributed to its development and growth.
