STATE PRIMARY 9-4-2018

The State Primary will be held on Tuesday, September 4th at the Scituate High School gym from 7 AM-8PM.

The last day to register to vote (if you are not already registered) or make changes to your voter registration is Wednesday,  August 15, 2018 until 8 PM in the Town Clerk's office.

Absentee ballots are available in the Town Clerk's office, if you are not able to vote in person on election day. The last day to vote absentee is Friday, August 31st until 5 PM in the Town Clerk's office. 

      Sample ballots are posted at Town Hall or you can go online to "wheredoivotema.com" to check your polling place and view the ballots. You can view the ballots in the attachments below (rotate the view). Be sure you have the correct precinct and scroll down as all 3 party ballots are in the one attachment. Democrat, Republican, and Libertarian.

Please remember that at a primary you can only receive the ballot for the political party in which you are registered. If you are registered as "Unenrolled" (which was once called "Independent") you may choose whatever ballot you would like. There are 3 political parties-Democrat, Republican and Libertarian.
