CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUP

Mission Statement: Our group has a simple mission: To provide a safe and supportive place for all caregivers to share and listen to the caregiver experience. As one member shared, “I spend my days caring for my husband, but this group is just for my own self.” This is a general caregiver support group and, as such, is open to anyone caring for someone ill.

When: Third Wednesday of every month at 12:00 PM.

Where: Scituate Senior Center

Facilitated by Suzanne Otte.  For more information call The Scituate Senior Center at 781-545-8722.

COPING TODAY GRIEF SUPPORT

Peer-led support groups for families and friends dealing with the loss of a loved one from substance use disorder.

Coping Today Grief Support Meetings bring us together to openly discuss our feelings and to keep the memory of our lost loved ones alive. We are here so that no one has to go through this journey alone. These groups offer monthly meetings where members share experiences, resources and strategies from their personal grief journeys.
