The Lawson Green Apartments, is an affordable housing development for seniors aged 62 and older, is accepting income-eligible applications for residency.  This newly constructed building is located adjacent to the Lawson Tower, features 30 energy-efficient one bedroom apartments. Each apartment features laundry in the unit, dishwasher and large windows to make for a bright open unit.  The common areas feature a great room with a fireplace, patio and common room.  The Lawson Green Apartments are conveniently located next to the Town Library, the Senior Center and is on the Scituate Sloop bus route. 

The Lawson Green Apartments  is located 99 Central Park Drive in Scituate, MA.  (located directly behind the Central Park Apartments building, adjacent to the Scituate Public Library). Individuals whose name is next on the waitlist when a unit becomes available, will then need to complete an Affordable Housing Certification prior to move-in and the signing of a lease. The Affordable Housing Certification will require the household with a reservation to provide all income, asset and tax documentation at that time.
