PROJECT FILINGS & MEETING SCHEDULE

Conservation Commission meetings are currently being held remotely. Staff will communicate with representatives and applicants directly regarding the status of the next scheduled Conservation Commission meeting.

Engineers and applicants are advised the process of obtaining Orders of Conditions and other permits may take two to three months or more depending on the complexity of the application and completeness of submittals upon receipt. Waiver of Timeline form is required with all submittals. For NOIs, RDAs, ANRADs, Requests for Certificates of Compliance, Requests for Extensions: Submit by mail and email.

Original signed application form plus 3 copies as well as 4 full-sized copies of any plans and other supporting documents. An application is not considered complete until both hard copy and digital version of materials are received. Documents must be received 3 weeks prior to next meeting date. The Commission does not guarantee the scheduling of any particular hearing or hearings. Applicant must use the abutter notification form provided by the Commission. No supplemental materials can be distributed at the meeting or shown on screen if not previously submitted at least 1 weeks prior to the meeting date.
