What are your next few Conservation hearing dates and when do I have to have the filing submitted?

MEETING SCHEDULE:  MEETINGS ARE USUALLY HELD FIRST AND THIRD MONDAYS at 6:00 P.M.  PLEASE CHECK THE CALENDAR FOR DATES.

SUBMITTAL DEADLINES:  Any new filings must be RECEIVED in the office at least three (3) weeks prior to the meeting date in order to be placed on the agenda.  Special deadlines apply to any Wednesday hearing dates, so we recommend a call to the office to verify the submission deadline. Only "complete" applications will be stamped in; as verified with a copy of the signed required submittal checklist.

For Continued projects, Revised Site Plans or other new Information must be RECEIVED 7 days prior to the scheduled hearing date in order to provide the Conservation Commission and Department Staff adequate time to process, distribute and review. In the case where information is received after the deadline, the hearing will automatically continue to the next available meeting date, without discussion of new items.

CONTINUANCES:  Please call the office for a current list of continued public hearings.
