You must have an appointment to attend one of these clinics.

Please note: We have a limited amount of high dose flu vaccine. It will be on first come first serve basis. 

MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL FLU VACCINE CLINICS

Do not attend the flu clinic if you have any of the following symptoms:

FEVER,CHILLS, MUSCLE ACHES, FATIGUE, SORE THROAT,CONGESTION OR RUNNY NOSE, COUGH ,SHORTNESS OF BREATH, NAUSEA OR VOMITING, DIARRHEA, LOSS OF SMELL, ALTERED OR LOSS SENSE OF TASTE
