DOG LICENSES DUE

All dogs must be licensed in the Town of Scituate.

Dog licenses expire on June 30th of every year.

Dog tags are availabe in the Town Clerk's office.  You will need to bring the rabies certificate from the vet and proof of Spay/Neuter.

Fees can be paid by cash or check;

Spay/ Neuter dogs-$10

Male/Female-$15

If you would like to license by mail, please see attached form and instructions.  Please be sure to send in a SASE, (LETTER size, as tags will not fit in anything smaller).

Per Town Bylaws-Section 30460, "No owner or keeper of a dog shall permit said dog , whether leashed or unleashed, to be on  a beach between the hours of 10 AM- 6 PM from June 15th through September 15th, inclusive or on school property, playgrounds, cemeteries and athletics fields maintained by the Town at any time."
