Business Zoning Districts and Regulations

There are three (3) base business zoning districts and two (2) overlay business zoning districts in Scituate providing for commercial, light industrial and mixed use development primarily in the areas of Scituate Harbor, Greenbush-Driftway, North Scituate Village, and Humarock Village.
