Fill out and submit the Town of Schedule Bylaw Fee Schedule
Check for $100 made out to: Town of Scituate
Submit to the Conservation Commission office one (1) original and three (3) copies with the check and also submit electronic copy to conservation@scituatema.gov
Include a plan or plans which show all of the information which applies to the project: Applicant must supply all information requested on the RDA form. The Commission may refuse to accept incomplete filings.
Legal Notices: RDA filings require that a legal notice be published in a local newspaper at least five (5) business days before the public hearing. The Conservation Office staff will publish this notice on your behalf. Applicant will be required to pay for the legal notice.
